In case of a cancellation, will I get a full refund?

A.

Yes. In case of a cancellation, you'll be refunded if you notified the cancellation at least 48 hours before the reservation date. In case you cancelled after this period, you'll be refunded 70% of the money. If the cause of cancellation is bad weather, you'll be given a full refund.

Where can I pick up my scooter?

A.

You can pick it up at our store located in Passeig Sant Joan 157, very close to the Sagrada Familia. Our hours are: Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 15:00 and from 15:30 to 20:00 hrs, and Saturdays from 09:00 to 13:00. We can also deliver your scooter to your hotel or home. Call or contact us!

What do I need to rent a scooter?

You'll only need: your passport or identity document and a valid driver's license.

What’s included in the price?

A.

A new scooter in perfect shape, 2 helmets, a padlock, third party insurance, a tank full of fuel and taxes.

Must I leave a security deposit?

A.

Yes, it's necessary to leave a 300€ security deposit. You can leave it in cash or with your credit card. The entire amount will be refunded when you return the scooter and accesories in the same conditions.

How can I pay?

What does the insurance cover?

A.

The insurance covers damages to third parties and assistance to drivers and passengers. You can also buy an additional insurance that covers accidents and thefts with a minimum payment of 500€.

Should I return the tank full?

A.

You'll need to return the scooter with the tank full of fuel. There's a gas station very close to our main location, at Passeig Sant Joan with Av. Diagonal. Remember to use unleaded 95.
